I am an experienced writer who has worked across a variety of mediums including: screenplay, script editing, prose, poetry, and novelization. I am particularly interested in psychogeography and the scope it gives both academics and creative writers to effectively trade elements of their fields.

What's Left?

What's Left? The Bastards.

The pall of second-hand smoke,

old 70s and 80s memories,

union bosses,

sandwiches and beer,

decisions made in the boozer.

Then the cull,

the Thatcher-Joseph axis,

hyper-kapital worship,

no real philosophy,

none beyond greed and cant.

They dined well as Ulster burned,

as innocents died;

in East Timor, Chile,

as The Falklands War was waged,

merely for approval rating.

What is left?

Just more of the same ellipses.

I wait for the Reaper,

some days more than others willing him on.

And I have a list of bastards to blame,

at least I have that,

at least I have that.
