Occupy Everywhere: Pictures of the Global Movement
On the actual Guardian page, it's interesting that they're choosing the Guy Fawkes mask image to denote where protests are occurring. Ever since the comic book-movie adaptation "V for Vendetta," the mask, and figure, have been transformed centuries after the act. From Greek protests to the Scientology protests of 2007, the mask has been a go-to for people trying to save face when showing public discontent.
The Guardian page itself does an excellent job of updating the protests worldwide. This has outgrown the US. Information travels quickly in the age of the Internet, and this is the first protests utilizing the Internet to full capacity.
