Look at the attached file for links to all Australian emergency services legislation. Links are to the website maintained by the Australian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) as well as to official government legislation sites. The AustLII versions are often easier to navigate and all look the same, but the official sites are, as the name suggests, official. Use the version that suits you...  Read More

The debate that we’ve been having on these pages prompted me to go and look up some cases involving OHS and discrimination in the emergency services.
