Transaction Program. BestThinking.com will help you complete transactions to sell your books, articles, tapes, CDs and other Content authored by you, arrange speaking engagements and syndicate your Content to others (Transaction Program). If you are a member of the BestThinking.com Transaction Program in good standing, we will share a portion of collected revenue with you under the following terms.

Terms and Conditions. All actions related to the Transaction Program must be in compliance with the BestThinking.com Terms of Use, Participation, Privacy and Copyright Policies, plus these additional Transaction Payment terms. The Transaction Payment Policy incorporates by reference the Terms of Use.

Participation. Your participation in the Transaction Program is strictly at our sole discretion and can be denied or terminated without notice or explanation at any time for any reason.

Program Requirements. You must be 18 years old or older to participate in the Transaction Program. You must have an active BestThinking.com account and be identity verified using your real legal name and location. You can have only one (1) Transaction Program account.

Relationship. No agency, contractor, partner or employment relationship is created by this Transaction Program.

Minimum Payments. Transaction Program Payments to a PayPal account will be issued in minimum increments of five ($5) USD. Transaction Program Payments in the form of a check will be issued in minimum increments of fifty ($50) USD. Transactions not meeting the Minimum Payment will be retained in your account and will be paid only upon reaching the Minimum Payment or closing your account. Payments that reach the Minimum Payment level will be made within seven (7) business days of reaching that level.

Payment Account. Payments will only be made to a personal PayPal account or by check sent by USPS mail. Regarding PayPal payments, once we issue the instruction to credit your PayPal account, all other aspects of the payment process shall be governed by the PayPal Terms of Use. Regarding payments made by check, checks not deposited within six (6) calendar months are void.

Non-Transferability. Transactions and any rights to the Transaction Program account or its earnings are not transferable and may not be sold or traded for valuable consideration.

Taxes and Withholdings. We will hold any Transaction Payment that would cause total payments to exceed five hundred ($500) USD in any one (1) calendar year until an IRS W-9 Form, or equivalent as designated by the IRS, is filed with us for taxes (as required by law). If this form is not filed within one year of reaching the $500 limit, the funds may be removed from your account and managed as required by law. You are responsible for all taxes, charges, levies and assessments by any and all governmental authorities and agencies.

No Spam. There must be no spamming regarding your sales efforts related to the Transaction Program. BestThinking.com shall solely determine what constitutes spam, and at a minimum, such activities must comply with the US CAN-SPAM Act.

No Robots Program. No robot or automated programs may be used to recruit or contact people regarding your sales efforts related to the Transaction Program.

Limits on Advertising and Promotion. You may not use advertising or promotion of the Transaction Program as an end in itself to make money. Do not make statements such as, "Get rich quick at BestThinking.com”. You may say, “BestThinking.com helps you monetize your expertise on the Web”. When in doubt, check with BestThinking.com Service first.

Trademarks and Logos. You are only permitted to use BestThinking.com trademarks, images and logos by using the widget markup (HTML code) available through your Transaction Program account.
