Ads may not imply inaccurate affiliations or partnerships. Ads may not use the BestThinking name to imply an endorsement, affiliation or partnership and the BestThinking name may only appear in the URL referencing your content or service.
Ads that promote special prices, discounts or "free" offers must go to a landing page that clearly and accurately displays all material terms, including terms, conditions and obligations necessary to receive the special price, discount or "free" offer. Ads must indicate that terms and conditions apply.
No popups, popovers or popunders when clicking an ad or when entering or leaving the landing page.
No 'fake' close behavior or false functionality. Ads cannot use fake html or images and cannot use focus commands to make the ad the active window. Ads cannot imitate the look and feel or functionality of our Website, operating system messages or presupposed knowledge about the functionality of a user's computer.
Ads cannot require personal information to be entered in the ad or on the landing page. Users must not be deceived into providing personal information without their knowledge, under false pretenses or to companies who resell, trade, barter or otherwise misuse that personal information.
